GPRS is not enabled in this phone.
This phone has a hutch connection.
WHen i download a polyphonic ringtone by sms, it sends a URL but how can i open it without GPRS

the truth is, you cant. this phone doesnt support GPRS and polyphonic ringtones are downloaded via GPRS. you can only download monophonic ringtones.
