POLL: If bollywood didn’t have hot girls/guys in their movies, would you stop watching – yes or no?

My Answer: I am very selective in my bollywood movies and don’t go for the eye candy, and thus have only seen a few select movies (i.e. Taare Zameen Par, Saawariya, etc.) So this question really doesn’t apply to me. The only exception to this was Heyyyyyy Babyy (I had no idea Vidya was going to have wardrobe malfunction!!!!!!! :-o )

What about you good people – would you stop watching them if they stopped showing eye candy?

    I think Aishwarya Rai is waaaay overrated. She is like Angelina Jolie.

    There’s gotta be a better-looking actress in Bollywood.

    i usually watch movies according to plot but i guess at times i tend to watch a movie due to a certain actor….but no i wouldnt stop watchin because there werent any hot guys/girls. i hate it when good intelligent movies that do not have the most popular actors become flops; i really liked certain movies like dhoka, umar, i heard taare zameen par was pretty good although that was popular publically….

    everything for entertainment.

    If there were couple of not so good looking people dancing to a song compared to a very good looking couple … which would you watch? of course the pretty couple. Your eyes takes it in and your mind receives the pleasure. Of course the saying beauty is on the eyes of the beholder might also be applied since what might be fascinating to me could be a total bore.

    But I would like to say … as a girl … I watch movies for fashion, pretty clothes and hair styles … so yeah I like to see pretty eye catching things … and of course a good looking actor to watch is always a welcome :)

    No i would not stop watching. Bollywood movies are apart of my indian culture and you don’t need beautiful people to act in movies, just as long as they are good actors and actresses you’ll be entertained. But nowadays the only thing that keeps people entertained is physical appearance ( if you know what i mean ;] ) But, the eye candy is just what sells the movies, if a movie had average actors but a great plot i would definatley go see it, it’s quality that matters. =]

    i really consider watching movies with really good actors…
    not necessarily ones that i think are attractive, but genuinely GOOD actors… mainly aamir khan, srk, saif ali khan, rani mukherji and kajol
